Cancellations, Changes and No-Show Policy
As we are a small boutique tour company, reservations may be canceled or changed up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellation prior to 30 days will be credited at 50% of individual booking. No-Show bookings are non-refundable.
Any cancellation or change request made within the 30-day arrival timeframe is non-refundable, so make sure your plans are firm before you book.
We will be happy to help you reschedule based on availability. In the rare case of a tour cancellation due to in-climate weather we will offer space on an alternate date and time. In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to move your tour time up to 3 hours in either direction.
