Planning your private Old Town Scottsdale experience? Here’s what to know before you go—from where to meet your guide to what to wear.

Where do we meet for our tour?

Our listed pickup location is 7142 E. 1st Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Check your booking confirmation for your reservation’s meeting instructions. For special pickup requests, contact us before booking.

How many guests fit in each vehicle?

Our open-air vehicles accommodate up to six guests with seatbelts. Traveling with a larger group? Contact us to discuss arrangements.

Can children join the tour?

We can help you choose an experience suited to your family. Before booking, tell us your children’s ages and whether you will need to provide a child safety seat so we can confirm appropriate seating arrangements.

What happens if the weather affects our tour?

Our vehicles are open-air, so weather may affect your experience. Contact us with questions about the forecast or your scheduled departure.

What should I wear and bring?

Dress comfortably for the weather and wear shoes suitable for walking at stops. Sunscreen, sunglasses and a secure hat are helpful on sunny days; bring a layer for cooler departures.

How much walking is involved?

Walking varies by experience and the stops you choose. Tell us about mobility concerns before booking so we can explain walking distances, surfaces and vehicle access for your preferred tour.

Will we receive photos from our tour?

Several JoyRidesAZ experiences include photos taken by your guide with an iPhone 16. Photos are air dropped at the end of the tour. Check your selected tour’s inclusions and let your guide know if you’d like help capturing a special moment.

Are all tours private?

Yes! Your JoyRidesAZ experience is reserved for your group, giving you time to explore and enjoy Scottsdale together.

Do we need reservations?

Yes. Reserve ahead to secure your preferred experience and departure. For last-minute availability, call or text us.

Are prices per person or per vehicle?

Most tours are priced per person, while Private Driver City Exploration is priced per cart. Check your selected experience for its price basis, minimum booking and inclusions. Tax and booking fees are additional where listed; guide gratuity is not included.

Can you help plan a corporate event or celebration?

Absolutely. We help groups explore options for corporate outings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family gatherings and special occasions. Share your date, estimated guest count and interests so we can help you find the right fit.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

All bookings are non refundable, but we are will to rescheduling based on availability.
